- Q?What solar rig options do you have?

At Mini Piling Plant hire we have an impressive fleet of Solar piling rigs, which all have different capabilities.
We have rigs that can install anything from up to 2.9 metre piles to 6.1 metre piles. We have a broad range from Pauselli 400 to Tonker 830 rigs (and many more too!), so we should always have something which is suitable for your solar installation.

- Q?Which parts of the UK do you cover?

Mini Piling Plant Hire is nationwide and covers the whole of the UK. No area is too far or too remote, please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements with a member of our team and we will be happy to provide you with a transport quotation. You are also welcome to use your own transport if you prefer.
- Q?Do you supply piling operatives?

Whilst we don’t have our own operatives to hire with machines, we do have close working relationships with numerous companies who specialise in the supply of temporary labour, specifically for the piling industry. We can either refer you to one of our partners, or organise and supply certified operatives through them to save you the trouble.
- Q?What do I need to hire plant and equipment?

In order to hire our equipment & piling rigs, we would have to set up a customer account for you. All we would need to do this is a copy of your company letterhead and confirmation of your hired in plant insurance policy. - Q?What are your terms and conditions?

To make things simple all our hires are subject to CPA terms and conditions. The CPA, Construction Plant-hire Association terms and conditions are the industry standard. You can find out more on their website www.cpa.uk.net
- Q?Who do I need to contact for a quotation or pricing?

Please call us on 01616221169, alternatively you can also email us at info@righire.co.uk and one of our friendly team will provide you with hire rates, transport quotation & assist with any additional queries if required.
- Q?Is there a minimum hire period on your plant and equipment?

All our items are chargeable at a minimum 1 week hire (5 working days). If you continue the hire after the first week you will only be charged pro-rata for the days you are hiring equipment.
- Q?If I can’t find something on your website, can you still supply it?

Yes, we will always try our best to provide equipment, even if it is not something we stock we will still try our best (or point you in the right direction). Simply call us on 01616221169 or email info@righire.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

- Q?Am I responsible for equipment whilst it is on hire?

Yes, you are responsible for keeping the equipment and machinery safe and properly maintained whilst on hire, including where the equipment requires fuel, oil and / or electricity ensure that the proper type and/or voltage is used and that, where appropriate the equipment is properly installed by a qualified and competent person, keeping all equipment fuelled and checking levels. - Q?What if access to the site is limited?

Mini Piling Plant Hire have a comprehensive range of specialist mini piling rigs that will enable you to access even the most restricted sites. We can supply compact tracked piling rigs, electric or low emission rigs, remote power packs with extended hydraulic umbilical hoses and pneumatic air hammers capable of accessing sites through even a standard width doorway.
- Q?Is pile installation noisy and disruptive?

Different piling methods create varying levels of noise and vibration and whilst there will always be some level of noise and disruption we can supply low vibration drilling rigs for augering or pre drilling and vibration monitors for work on noise sensitive sites.
